Our services cover all asbestos survey types, such as Management Surveys, Refurbishment Surveys, and Re-inspection Surveys. Additionally, Spectra provides detailed removal specifications, post-removal air monitoring, four-stage clearance certifications, and ongoing updates to asbestos management plans and the client’s digital compliance register (C365).

Spectra operates in busy retail and public environments, adjusting inspection and project schedules to minimise disruption. Typically, surveys are scheduled outside trading hours, with funeral branches needing careful planning around client appointments. This requires extensive work outside normal hours, detailed pre-planning, and continuous communication with site managers to maintain safety and efficiency.
For tasks done by third-party contractors, Spectra provides independent audits to confirm performance adheres to CAR 2012 standards. Many estate properties being Grade I and Grade II listed buildings require careful handling per heritage preservation laws and local authority guidelines.
