Spectra was contracted to carry out estate management and landscaping reinstatement at a residential development in Dartford. The project focused on restoring the hard and soft landscaping that had been disturbed during earlier cladding remediation, ensuring the estate was returned to a high standard for residents and management stakeholders.
Approach & Delivery:
