Description of work:
Asbestos insulation board removal works to the retail and back of hour areas within tight timeframe to align with refit of the store.
Method of work:
The removal work to the shop floor, warehouse and bakery areas carried out under fully controlled conditions utilising the spray and remove technique.
Outcomes:
The large-scale project was completed within a strict timeframe to allow other trades to complete the refit of the store. Co-operation with the main contractor was key to ensuring Spectra could deliver a high quality, snag free project.
